30 Day Yoga Journey

This 30 day journey begins on the New Moon and will change your life! 30 days of yoga! 30 days to focus on yourself and you don’t have to go away from home and spend lots of money on a retreat! This is for all us Working Moms and Dads who have so much to do and wish they could take the time to go to a retreat but just can’t. We are here to guide you on a 30 day Journey! Get ready to dive deep into yourself. Where are you are going in your life? Who is the person you’ve always wanted to be that seems just out of reach? Who you are today does not have to be who you are tomorrow! You just have to take the first step and choose you!! You will be asked to spend an hour to hour and a half a day on yourself. This is at your own pace. You don’t have to go to a studio although you will receive a 30 day membership to Sole to Soul Yoga that you can access anytime during your journey! You will also have access to a You Tube Video of a practice we have sequenced for you to practice daily at home if you can’t get to a studio! Once a week we ask you to join us for a workshop! You will also be given a posture to practice and study for every day of the month! This journey will deepen your physical and spiritual practice of Yoga. You will fully understand how yoga can change your life! Your commitment to join the journey will be joining us once a week, Sunday or Monday evening. Practicing daily at home or studio. Practicing a pose a day and journaling.
