This class is gentle for all levels! A beautiful combination of Yin Yoga, Essential Oils, Reiki,Therapeutic Touch, long luscious holds in postures and guided meditation. All you need is $8 a mat and any blocks, bolsters blankets you like to use in your practice! Get ready to explore the storm the rainbow and your life experience! See you Saturday!!
